Cancellation Policy

The T&Cs

  • A deposit is taken at the time the booking is made.

  • We request a minimum of 48 hrs notice to amend or cancel a booking, or the deposit will be lost. 

  • Failure to give 48hrs notice will result in 50% treatment charge.

  • Reminder texts are sent 48hrs before appointments to every client.

  • On the day if you cannot make the appointment please notify me, so It gives me the opportunity to move clients to fill the space avoiding loss of income.

 Your continued support is appreciated, We strive to accommodate all clients and give excellent service. This policy is crucial for us to manage our schedule and offer others clients who may have wanted this slot.

Deposits

  • Every appointment requires a deposit to be paid.

  • Deposit amount is at the bottom of every treatment

  • You may move your appointment once outside of 48hrs notice. If it needs to be moved again, loss of deposit is incurred.
